PVD Thin Film Deposition by Magnetron Sputtering - Magnetron sputtering is a low temperature, thin film deposition process in which the substrate temperature is typically below 250 °C. WSCG maintains sputtering systems for deposition on individual complex shapes as well as for batch processing of small parts such as bearing balls and fasteners.
